[lit-ideas] The Roman emperors from the Balkans

The more noted ones would be:  Diocletian from Salona (near modern Split),
Constantine from Naissus (modern Nish), and Justinian from somewhere in
modern Macedonia. Also Etius would be worth as much if not more than the
current emperor.
