Entitlement and Budget Policy for the Institute for Policy Innovation, and
General Counsel for the American Civil Rights Union. He served in the Reagan
White House Office of Policy Development, and as Associate Deputy Attorney
General of the United States under the first President Bush, after graduating
from Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
Ferrara writes at one point in this article, ““I am calling on Obama now to
answer these charges, or withdraw from the race, freeing the American people
from the trouble of having to impeach him after the election, if he should defy
the now lengthening odds and somehow win the race.”
