Thanks for this, John. I do watch TED talks, but hadn't seen this one. I noted down the moral will / moral skill idea. Well said... Just on a side note...my father was a janitor and I always knew that half his job was dealing with people. And he was good at it. He taught me the vast difference between the things you need and the things you want. His most important lesson, though, was not to trade your life for a paycheck. He died a long time ago and I miss him dearly...
