Rules for this list:
1) Both combatants must be suitably armored.
2) No horses may be harmed in the filming.
3) When a king enters the competition, he cannot be beaten by a peon,
except in movies.
4) Ladies must display favors where everyone can see them.
5) If the tip of your lance breaks, no further argument is necessary.
