Shoot, I copied part two of the Bill Ayers speech. No wonder it put Judy to sleep. It was Part 1 I intended to copy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HP15wJl9YPo From: Lawrence Helm [mailto:lawrencehelm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, September 08, 2008 1:24 PM To: Lit-Ideas Subject: Obama's terrorist connections The Ayers speech to the Left Wing group is interesting because he is saying that it wasn't just the 60s for him, a thing in the past that that ended on December 31st, 1969. His views haven't changed. Yes he has gotten become a "Distinguished Professor" of something or other but he hasn't repudiated the radical of the past. Maybe there's no conflict in the modern University. Maybe what he says isn't that different from others are saying. I don't know. He quotes Cho en Lai who when asked about the French Revolution said, "it is too soon to tell." And Ayers implies it is too soon to tell about his own insurgency. "Insurgency"? That's his word. I get the impress you'd hear about that if you took one of his classes - or chatted with him on an irregular basis.
