Oddly, I once wrote to the biographer of Stone.
I was researching into dance-bands as portrayed in D. Potter's Pennies from
Heaven (so London), and wrote to BBC and K. Trodd, who corresponded with me
on dance-bands.
He is an expert on Lew Stone. -- he is also a Plymouth pilgrim quacker.
