[lit-ideas] Is Use, Or Is It?

It isn't for the simple reason that there is nothing that fetches the content
of something as confused as the English word 'mean'.
It may be equally worthwhile to reflect on the fact that in the vast majority
of know languages 'mean' is not the polymorphic garbage can of mean-in-english,
while it is very clearly part of concepts when related to CI systems (as in
"did you meant to be mean or you just failed to see my foot when you stepped on
me?")
