Yesterday I was listening to the radio -- a beautiful 'swinging thirties
programme'. And the woman introduced a song with a French title. I missed it.
But the horrid woman added, "I always thought that title was French -- but
it's
Creole". It's something like "Playing the bass". It's a boring instrumental
number, possibly 1940s.
