The=20working=20title=20of=20this=20issue=20is=20meant=20to=
=20indicate=20that=20papers=20should=20address=20the=20normativity=
=20of=20heterosexuality=20and=20heterosexist=20bigotry=20as=20two=
=20prongs=20of=20what=20we=20call=20heterosexualism:=20a=20cultural=
=20norm=20that=20needs=20to=20be=20well=20understood=20and=
=20decisively=20rejected.=20Thus,=20we=20seek=20papers=20that=20not=
=20only=20illuminate=20these=20concepts=20and=20their=20realities,=
