Sebetulnya tidak ada yang terlalu istimewa=20
pada iklan di bawah ini. Iklan semacam ini
bisa dibaca di mana-mana di Internet. Tetapi
mungkin ada 1 hal yang agak lain di sini:

Recruitment nya (jika benar) melibatkan
sebuah perusahaan pengerah tenaga (?) di
Jakarta.=20
Tetapi topik ini juga menawarkan ambivalensi:
Mana yang lebih baik: kita mengirim tenaga
kerja low-level ke LN (dengan konsekuensi
/resiko akan diperlakukan "accordingly"
oleh bangsa asing di sana), atau justeru
kita kirim tenaga-2 berkualifikasi tinggi.
Dua-2 nya sebetulnya "tidak ideal", artinya
kesannya kita belum sanggup memberikan
lingkungan kerja yang memadai pada warga RI=20
baik high-level maupun yang low-level.

1- BOPP SUPERVISOR -(2)

- He should be at least a graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in BOPP Plant operation
preferably from Bruckner Plant.
- Age between 30 to 35 years (max. age limit 35 years old).
- Working knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge in BOPP process =96 trouble shooting.
- Should process leadership quality and capable of=20
motivating the operators.
2- BOPP OPERATORS -(6)

- Should be an ITI holder in any technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in all areas (feeding=20
to winder).
- Age between 30 to 35 years (max. age limit 35 years old).
- Capable to work at all areas in BOPP Plant.
- Have a good communication skills
3- EREMA OPERATOR =96(1)

- Minimum higher secondary school or any technical background.
- Age around 30 years old
- At least 2 years experience on the machine
- Well verse with machine operation
- Have a good communication skill
4- SLITTING OPERATORS =96(6)

- Minimum qualification at least a high school graduate
- At least 5 to 7 years experience in TITAN SRS, SR6 and=20
ATLAS SW1000R machine operations.
- Age between 25 to 35 years (max. age limit 35 years old).
- Have a good communication skill.
- Weight to be within height standard.
5- ELECTRONIC ENGINEER =96(1)

- Should be a B.E. Electronic Engineer (Licensed)
- 5 years experience in BOPP Field
- Age between 35 to 40 years old.
- Have knowledge on the following :
! Siemens PLC programming with S5 and S7 version.
! SEW drive, EPRON handling.
! PID controllers, ET100 bus system, ET200 bus system.
! AC, DC motors and frequency controller.
! AC, DC and IPC drawing.
! Loading and unloading programmed.
! Familiar with Linux Supervisory System.
! Knowledge of Digital DC, Frequency controlled &=20
! Eurotherm drives.
6- METALLIZER OPERATORS =96(2)

- 3 to 5 years experience of any one of General Vacuum,=20
Galileo & Leybold Metallizer.
- Good knowledge about machine operation & trouble=20
shooting is essential.
- Age between 22 to 30 years (max. age limit 30 years old).
- Have a good communication skill.
- At least Secondary high school or with any=20
Technical background.
- Weight to be within height standard.
7- MECHANICAL ENGINEER =96(1)

- Degree in Mechanical.
- Age between 35 to 40 years old.
- With 5 to 10 years experience in any industries but
preferable in BOPP Plant.
- Knowledge about compressors, boilers, pumps, pneumatics &
hydraulic system.
- Have a good communication skill.
8- MECHANICAL FITTER =96(2)

- With a Certificate from any recognized Technical=20
Institute.
- Age around 30 years old.
- With 5 years experience in repair and maintenance=20
on compressors, boilers, pumps, and gearbox etc.
- Knowledge about welding is preferable.
- Have a good communication skill.
9- ELECTRICIANS =96(2)

- Certificate from any recognized Technical Institute=20
or graduate with Electrical Engineering degree is an=20
advantage.
- Age around 30 years old.
- 5 years experience in repair & maintenance of=20
electrical equipments.
- Knowledge about AC & DC motors.
- Able to read electrical drawings.
10- WELDER =96(1)
