rscsi è contenuto nel pacchetto di cdrecord. Se hai wodim si chiama netscsid.
Occhio che ci sono diverse limitazioni.
L'alternativa è esportare il device via iSCSI, ma non so se i target
attualmente dispobibili su Linux supportano un DVDburner come device.
