Scusate non ho cercato a fondo, hosprecato un desiderio
Symptom: Hylafax doesn't start automatically in spite of the fact that you
have set the variable START_HYLAXFAX in /etc/rc.config to yes. Cause: The
hylafax package is missing the call of the command insserv, which is
responsible for creating the necessary runlevel links.
Solution: As user root, issue the following command:
/sbin/insserv /etc/init.d/hylafax Now hylafax will start automatically when
booting up

ho rifatto tutto, adesso funziona, forse perchè

con
mo:2345:respawn:/usr/lib/fax/faxgetty /dev/ttyS0
