[Linux-Discussion] how to undo a passwd file mistake?

I'm not even sure where to look to fix this....
I by accident changed root to rwqoot in my passwd file. I only noticed
after I had tried to su to root and it failed. I also can not su to
rwqoot.
here's the kicker. I can't find my boot floppy either.
any advice on how to repair this? it's a total newbie mistake I made while
trying to modify the file. thanks in advance since any advice would be
helpful.
