[Linux-Discussion] How do you upgrade to rpm5.0 on a redhat 6.x system?

Anyone know (hopefully an easy way) to upgrade to the new rpm manager 4.0
for redhat? I plan on upgrading to the new kde2 and I notice I need
qt.2.21 which comes as a rpm 4.0

Thanks; Ken
