I downloaded the source package from the following link, and compiled using NATIVE compiler. No change is need when compiling using native, that's why I like to use it even tough it is considerably slower than the machine I used for cross compile. ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/module-init-tools/ -----Original Message----- From: linux-cirrus-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:linux-cirrus-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Daniel de Carvalho Gomes Sent: Tuesday, June 28, 2005 9:45 AM To: linux-cirrus@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [linux-cirrus] Re: Porting 2.6.xx module init Hm ... when I try to ./configure --host=arm or ./configure --build=arm it complains : Only Linux, Dude. Argh ... Maybe a small hack at the config files can let it build, but I don't know if it will cause strange behaviors further. Do you still have this magic package wandering at your machine ?
