Hi everyone!

Watching "The Linguists" was fun and instructing! For whom who wish to watch it 
at home, please let me know.

After the discussion on the movie, we decided to double the meetings so that 
busy people will have more occasions to come! We'll now meet every week.

– SheetSwiper: you can find this software at

"Sheet Swiper converts spreadsheets containing linguistic data to Standard 
Format (for use with Linguist's Toolbox, Phonology Assistant, Lexique Pro, 
etc.)."



– ELAN-FLEX-ELAN WORKFLOW: tutorial with sample files at 
http://www.mpi.nl/tools/elan/tp/how-to/ELAN-FLEx-ELAN.zip

"Working with ELAN and FLEx together. For anyone interested in moving files 
from ELAN to FLEx and then back to ELAN, Tim Gaved and Sophie Salffner have 
written up a possible ELAN > FLEx > ELAN workflow and developed it into a 
teaching set including example files. The complete teaching set (16 MB zip) 
contains instructions with plenty of screenshots, audio, video, annotations, 
templates and FLEx files."
