[liblouis-liblouisxml] msword2brl with support for '--help' and '--version'

Hi
I added a usage message and a version string to the msword2brl shell
script. To that effect I created a msword2brl.in and integrated it with
configure.ac so that msword2brl will be regenerated with the current
version string. Is this ok to commit?
