[liblouis-liblouisxml] lou_logFile function details incorrect in docs

Hello,
I noticed that lou_logFile is referred to as lou_logFileName in the
docs. I think lou_logFile is the correct one as liblouis.h doesn't
contain the phrase "lou_logFileName" but does have lou_logFile and
trying to link my java bindings seems to say that lou_logFile is the
correct one as lou_logFileName gives a link error.
