Please test.
When a pagenum element happens to occur at the top of a braille page there
should now be no empty brl node, but the print page number should be inserted
where expected. If paragraphs no is specified
in the configuration file the text in the pagenum element is treated as
ordinary text if printPages yes is also specified. If not, it is ignored.
The semantic action for the pagebreak element is also called pagebreak. It may
need fixing also.
