Now I'm confused! Why is the new release to be 2.4.1? configure.ac in
svn says 2.4.0 and thats what you get if you check out from svn and do a
make dist.
If I were to cut a release from svn and put it on the google code page
it would be 2.4.0. Is there a reason it should be 2.4.1?
