I cant remember the policy, I thought people who contribute to code changes get 
a mension in authors, and table authors get thanks in the table 
and in the svn commit, but I could very well be wrong.

If names should go into authors, then we have to pick up the new names from 
NEWS - 
for the changes since last release.

In any case, Hammer Attila should def be added to authors, since he has been 
helping out considerably with the harness.
