[liblouis-liblouisxml] embedded fractions

Greetings all,
I am working on correcting the embedded fractions symbols in nemeth.ctb. It
seems like I should be able to use the linethickness property of 2 to
indicate the bigger fraction, but this doesn't seem to be working. I am
using MathType 5 and wondering whether this software outputs a different
value for linethickness in embedded fractions.
