Hello Bue, Try the ones in http://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=org/daisy/pipeline/modules/braille/liblouis-native/1.1.0/liblouis-native-1.1.0-windows.jar. You can just rename the .jar to .zip and extract the dll and exe files. They were cross-compiled on Linux for Windows.
