I created a new google group. Here are the essentials:

* Group name: liblouis-liblouisxml-svn
* Group home page: http://groups.google.com/group/liblouis-liblouisxml-svn
* Group email address liblouis-liblouisxml-svn@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The commit messages for liblouis and liblouisxml should go there now.

People interested in commits can subscribe there or just read the
changes with an RSS reader from the Google code site directly (see
http://code.google.com/p/liblouis/feeds)
