I am not being unhelpful with this, here is a bit more detail why.
LibLouis is just one component which would be involved in translating MathML
into UEB Braille. LibLouis only translates a text string, but MathML is an
XML data format and needs something else to process the XML and pass
suitable strings to LibLouis. One such component which can do this XML
processing is LibLouisUTDML, but I don't know whether FS use that in Jaws.
As an example APH have decided to develop a new component to do the XML
processing in BrailleBlaster and so no longer use LibLouisUTDML.
If we continue on the assumption that LibLouisUTDML is used in Jaws to
process the MathML. I hope to get the LibLouis stuff added very soon to the
APH UEB updates, which I understand are being merged onto the main LibLouis.
Also as it would probably not be much work to do creating a .sem file for
UEB in LibLouisUTDML, if I were to do that in my own time as APH are not
using/developing LibLouisUTDML, again potentially it could be done fairly
quickly. We still could not predict when it will be in Jaws as we have no
control over, and I have no knowledge of, the process FS use for inclusion
of new versions of LibLouis and LibLouisUTDML, IE. it will only appear in
Jaws when they decide to include a version which supports it.
This means you are asking me to predict how long it will be for me to do the
work on LibLouis, someone to do the work on LibLouisUTDML and then to
predict how quick FS will include those updates. I am sorry this is too many
variables to predict.
FS are certainly in a better place to give such an estimate, they know their
inclusion process of new LibLouis versions, they know whether they use
LibLouisUTDML, and as LibLouis and LibLouisUTDML are open source they could
always do the UEB work themselves. My point being that potentially they can
control the entire work for getting it into Jaws if they really want to.

Regarding LibLouisUTDML, I have some questions for John. I notice that

Nemeth.sem file has some sort of escape sequences, based on the Nemeth
symbols. In contrast the UK Maths and Marburg files seem to do a lot
