[liblouis-liblouisxml] Start on fix to g2 english table for 18-cell

I have
class letnum abcdefghij
context _$d"-"[%letnum] @56
it translates 18-cell to #ah-;ell and back translates to 18-ell
So it is almost there but I am making a mistake and am not sure how to fix it.
Also is this the right way to fix it or should it be done in the translator.
