The only table that seems to still be using it is hi-in-g1.utb.
Presumably hi-in-g1.utb wants to use a correct US table, then modifying it to
include en-us-g1.ctb and deleting en-us-g1.utb might be the thing to do.
This should be pretty safe to do.
Either way, I am hoping that we will work on adding/correcting Indian languages
very soon.
