Hi Dave,

I can't establish a firm pattern of which context rules are affected and
which are not. At least, it seems that context rules that look for a
specific character pattern are not affected, but others seem to be.

However, what I did find out is that if you use the pass1Only flag together
with a table that uses the "correct" opcode, Liblouis sometimes seem to
return more or less random strings.

Apparently, it is even more dangerous to use the pass1Only flag than I
supposed.

As I recall, it's also context opcodes that aren't processed. From my
knowledge of the code strucgture, it's probably only context opcodes that
dno't match specific characters, but I haven't actually tested it. What I do
know for sure is that the person I was helping had context opcodes that were
being ignored in NVDA.
