Hello, developers!
Actually the wordcx.dis file isn't installed into the tables directory during
install. I think the reason is that it's name isn't included in the Makefile.in
in the tables directory. Could you please fix it in the next release?

Actually, to get the right mappings, I had to find symbols in the
book mentioned, where it also says which dots the char has, and see
what char it was mapped to. Hope the explanation makes sence.
