[liblouis-liblouisxml] Postponing Releases till Wednesday

I've been thinking that it would be a good idea to postpone the
releases of liblouis and liblouisxml until noon UTC wednesday. This will
give Christian time to catch up with things after his vacation and me
time to do some last-minute debugging.
