[liblouis-liblouisxml] Phone numbers

Hello, list!
People here in Norway write phone numbers this way: 22 22 22 22. All
numbers consists of 8 digits, and most of them are written with space
between every two. Some others may be written as: 222 22 222. In
braille, we want these numbers shown as follows: #bb.bb.bb.bb or
#bbb.bb.bbb respectively. Could this be converted automatically with
liblouis, or liblouisxml?
