[liblouis-liblouisxml] Persistent bugs in liblouis

Here is the typescript of a test of lowercase_with_unicode.ctb . I'll be
looking for this bug. There are two others that the tests aren't picking
up. One is an inconsidtency in handling of emphasis, where emphasized
words are sometimes not contracted. The other is a memory problem that
causes liblouis to crash under some circumstances, such as when used in
an OpenOffice plugin in Windows 32 bit.
Is it possible to devise a test for the emphasis bug?
