[liblouis-liblouisxml] One bug fixed, another discovered

I have fixed the bug with marburg.ctb and ukmaths.ctb and committed the
change to svn. I also discovered that there is a bug in the tests. The
Makefile.am line 27 has a problem.
When this is fixed I think we should issue a bugfix tarball.
