[liblouis-liblouisxml] Newest translation en-us-g2.ctb bug

I am trying to figure out why the back translation is failing in the following
cases. There are more but these are two that show the problem. Note that the
first is the word being translated the second is the back translation and the
third is the forward translation. The forward translation looks right but
somehow the second letter is being lower cased when back translating which is
wrong. Is there a way to use lou_debug or some command to step through each
step of translation so that I can find where this is happening.
