[liblouis-liblouisxml] New compileTranslationTable has Problems, stand by for Bugfix

The compileTranslationTable.c module with the recent patches has
problems. It does not handle table lists and it does not print error
messages. I'm looking for the bugs and will make a commit when they are
squashed. Stand by.
