[liblouis-liblouisxml] More on spaces in filenames

Further investigation shows that if the operands in a configuration file
are enclosed in quotes they may contain spaces. This applies to include
and semanticFiles settings, etc.
Operands in semantic action files may not contain spaces. This applies
particularly to the include statement. This may be fixed soon.
