We have updated the Louis GUI and liblouis portable versions to version 3.0.0
of liblouis. They can be downloaded at www.cbtbc.org/braille/louis/
The portable version is not dependent upon files in set locations and so can be
used to build other tools or installed in various locations within the file
system.
