[liblouis-liblouisxml] LibLouis and BRLTTY: back translation

Hi, mostly for BRLTTY users who are working on Liblouis:
As I prepare to launch a new branch of NVDA to work and test braille input
from braille displays with keyboards, I just wanted to ask sort of a final
question: does BRLTTY have facilities for back translating? If so, I'd like
to get help from devs over there as well as people here for help in this
matter, since there were many posts on the NVDA users list in support for
using braille displays with keyboard to enter braille characters
(uncontracted at first, then perhaps moving onto contracted input and input
for foreign languages). Thanks.
