[liblouis-liblouisxml] Is it possible to have the table directory as a relative path?

Hello,
I have been wondering, would it be possible for liblouis to be compiled
with a relative path for its table directory? The problem it would solve
is on platforms like windows it is hard to distribute a binary version
of the library without the application using it to always specify the
absolute path to the tables.
