Oops, i knew that I forgot something!
This dll comes from the gimp package.
So what I did (not very clean) is install the gimp package for Windows, pick up
the dll I needed, put them in mingw\bin and uninstall the package.

I've installed MinGW Msys and msysDTK. When I try to install pkg-config
./configure works, but make gives the error message That it can't find
glib.h . What did you get from bzr, and how did you install it?
