[liblouis-liblouisxml] Google code site uptodate

Hi
I did all the usual administrative stuff for new releases (for a
description see HACKING in liblouis and liblouisxml
(http://code.google.com/p/liblouis/source/browse/trunk/HACKING)), i.e. I
tagged the new releases in svn, uploaded the tarballs to the Google code
site, updated the news on the Google code site and announced the release
on freshmeat.
