[liblouis-liblouisxml] French Braille

I have found the problem witFrench Grade 2. It has to do with the use of
the class opcodes and is a case of new features breaking established
ones. It happened some years ago before I was fully aware of this
problem and of the need for testing. I'll have it fixed in a few days.
Meanwhile, could someone refresh my memory of the C operators for
exclusive or and complement? Or should i be slogging through the manual?
