[liblouis-liblouisxml] Errors when building new release

Is anyone else having these errors? Interestingly, the command make dist
works, but make doesn't. The sequence, when building from the
repository,
autogen.sh
configure
make
produces the following error messages

./getopt.h:232: error: expected ',' or ';' before '_GL_ARG_NONNULL'
./getopt.h:238: error: expected ',' or ';' before '_GL_ARG_NONNULL'
./getopt.h:242: error: expected ',' or ';' before '_GL_ARG_NONNULL'
make[3]: *** [getopt.lo] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
This is on Linux and probably Mac. It should not affect the generation
of the Windows dll.
