Hello dear list admins and members,
Finally I created a table for Farsi, which -I think- can be replaced
with ar-fa.utb, the current Farsi table.
I sent a zip file which contains:
1. fa-ir.utb: Farsi grade 1 Braille.
2. fa-ir.ctb: computer Braille for Farsi.
3. fa-ir-harness.yaml for YAML test.
description for fa-ir.utb:
Fixed some conflicts in Farsi Braille script and added Farsi-specific
signs which weren't available in previous table.
