Pearson Educational Publishing does have a Javascript component that does
Nemeth to MathML that I've seen demonstrated at conferences. They use it for
online testing. That is the only one I know of.

We are doing some work in this area. What are you interested in translating
Nemeth to? We are using MathML and ASCII math but haven't done much in the
area of back-translation yet.
Into print. I'm guessing that you know of no existing software to do it. I'm
guessing that I should probably write code to do Nemeth to MathML, and then
find a good MathML to Unicode package (if there is one).
