[liblouis-liblouisxml] A partword exception with need commit

Hy Mesar,
If fit the bug fix release schedule before release time, please commit this sent patch. I added a partword exception and a test case the harness files. 
Review is not need, I verifyed the patch.

How are you, You have now lot of exams?
If Christian next week publicate the Liblouis new 5.2 bug fix release, your openion have chance to NVDA next stable version is ship this new version? Or, because next NVDA version releasing estimated next year january, possible shipping the new january promised Liblouis version?
