Hi Elwyn,

While Kempsey had remote meetings we were doing similar but letting Councillors 
join the Zoom meeting remotely using either a PC or iPad.

Hey all,

We're about to move from a period of administration to being back to having a 
mayor and councillors, and with that we're moving how we conduct meetings.
Originally we moved from in chambers being webcast using OBS picking up 3 
cameras and mics to Youtube to being a Zoom only meeting.
We then under administration moved back to inhouse.

We're now preparing for a hybrid meeting as NSW OLG is suggesting we offer 
councillors a choice of being in chambers or attending remotely.

We're thinking of our original webcast solution - and then using a Surface Pro 
for any remote councillors joining via teams.

Anyone got any other ideas?
