Dubbo Regional Council would like to hear how other Councils currently manage
the 'public forum' aspect of Councillor meetings - especially if Council
meetings are now a hybrid mix of physical and virtual attendees. For example,
are any councils using the Teams Live Events or Teams Webinar features for
Council meetings, with guest registration etc?
We'd also like to know what other technology/systems are being used for live
streaming - what are the challenges or limitations?
I realise these are pretty broad questions, so happy to discuss offline.
