Hi Troy, actually your 'report' from the repair depot sounds like the perfect non-answer answer was given to you! ie:use the correct proportions of gravitas, courtesy, and non-specific techno-babble, to sound like 'important' work's being done, being done well, all while being polite and respectful about it, yet coming short of panicking you as an owner of said item(s). Something like: We're sorry for your down time, your unit's Flux-Capaciter has come out of Alignment and will require replacement of the Palladium Pall-Bearer Pullers to resume peak performance. Don't worry, the repair fees will be expensive enough so you know you own an 'exclusive' product without requiring a credit app to get your camera back. Sincerely, Bo. Vine. Just "we need to replace this or that." It's always vague enough that it doesn't really explain what might have gone wrong.
