In previous posts, I've talked about the various rodeo event, and how they're
based in the real life tasks of working cowboys.
Bull riding and, my favourite, Bull Doggin' (or Steer Wrestlng) come more from
a history of false bravado.
Essentially, 'Oh yeah? Of course I can. Here - hold m' beer!"
I've also talked about the difficulties of shooting Steer Wrestling, because
the steers often run at a poor angle for your shot, or one of the horses blocks
your shot.
But, sometimes, just sometimes, the horses run out of your path, leaving you
with a clean shot.
